I have just had "MS Project 2002 Pro"puirchesed for me to
use for work. I don't know how to use it, and the manual
assumes an already fair to strong understanding of the
product. I have been looking at the "Idiots Guids", they
have one for the previous version, will this be usful or
should i seek proffessional help.1-1 training somewhere
and if so where. I'm based in Melbourne Australia. Thanx

If you would like a comprehensive guide to using Microsoft Project, I suggest the Microsoft Project 2002 Step by Step book. The book's
simple, yet comprehensive approach to using Microsoft Project is presented in plain English and broken down into short lessons that can be
completed in less than an hour. Complete with sample projects, you will learn everything from the basics of task entry to the more complex
functionality of Resource Pools and Inserted Projects.

For a beginner its great.
First part of the books walks you through how to create projects.
The second part show you how to change/modify the Project, because all projects change.
