Hi all,
We've been installing Office from an administrative install for years. One
thing I've never been able to figure out - the user name attribute, which one
would think would be unique for each user instead defaults to a generic user
name that I specify when I set up the workstation. This means that when one
browses a file share, all files appear to be owned by the same (non) person.
Does anyone have any suggestions for how to fix this?
We're using Windows 2000 Pro (configured via sysprep and piped down to the
machines w/o any additional software) with Office 2003. We are also using
roaming profiles. Not sure if that would play into this or not.
Thanks in advance for any suggestions.
