User Profiles

I just moved from Outlook Express to Outlook. In Express,
everyone in my family had their own log-in information
(username and password). So, each email account was
private and could not be seen by any other family member.
Can I do this in Outlook also? I have set up the user
profiles, but it is only a drop down list of user names
upon opening Outlook... no password is required. Thanks
for your help!
