Our company started migrating from office 2000 to Office 2003 a few months
ago. We did the migration manually using the cd without any problems. We just
incorporated Office 2003 in our ghost image and this is where we are having
problems. We use the profile wizard to save and restore user settings for
those who are getting new machines and it does not seem to work both for
office 2000 and Office 2003 users. For Office 2000 users who are getting new
machines with Office 2003 not even one setting is saved. For Office 2003
users who are getting new machines only the toolbars are migrated but the
other settings including custom dictionary (which a lot of people use in our
company) are not. This is getting really frustrating and I need help.

SIMILAR QUESTION
I use Office 2000 on my old computer. I have a new computer with Office
2003. Can I just bring over my .OPS file from Office 2000 to the new
computer and have Office 2003 use it successfully so that I will not have to
redo all my custom buttons and their macros, etc.?
