Users can't access pwa

Please i am tearing my head out here.
I have set up my project server 2007 installation this way.

The Project server and sql server 2005 installation are on a member server
connected to an AD server(a domain controller)

Provisioning of PWA went on fine.

However when a user in the enterprise tries to connect to PWA they get an
internal server error. The user has been created in the AD computer.
Please what am i doing wrong.

The users have been created in pwa and have permission to log on
Where can I locate the ULS
An error message: "the server cannot query the group policy object" appears
from the event viewer

The default location for the ULS is

C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\Web Server Extensions\12\LOGS\

Is the project server in the same domain and the user?

Is the time on the project server in sync with the domain ?

Are there any inconsistences in AD ? (disabled computer account, replication
not working, name resolution issues etc)

Thanks Paul for the trouble shooting tips, i found out that the DNS Server
ip address on the member server wasn't in tune to that of the AD server.
Everything is working ok now.

Thanks once again.
