Using a list to pick from.

I have a sheet hith names of people
Every person is a driver and/or medic
it looks like:

piet driver medic
klaas medic
truus driver

to make a week planing i want to use a data-validation using a name.
I know how to make a list of names who is a drive and or medic

somehow i cant get the data-validation to work.

Any idee?
