Using a publisher document as template for my outgoing Outlook msg

I have made a publisher document inclusive pictures or graphs (I never know
the difference) as a template for outlook. Was able to prepare the template
in Outlook but all the picture disappeared and I am looking now at some
crosses. Donot know how to solve this. Can somebody help?

Outlook does not handle vector images, this maybe the problem.

Thanks Mary - well I find it a bit irritating purchasing a small office
package with all those nice programs and they donot match.
