Using a Wireless Presenter

I have purchased 3 presenters and all of them are doing the same thing on 2
of 3 computers. I have powerpoint 03 on all of them and they all are running
the same OS. But, when I press the "next" button on any of them, it goes to
the notes area and does not go to next slide. HELP?
