Using Access email addresses to send out an email blast

How do I send an email to everyone in my Access Database (assuming I have
email addresses for everyone in the database)?

Leslie,
You can open up Word, click on Letters and Mailings, Mail Merge Wizard. Be
sure to click on View then Task Pane. If you follow all the question in the
task pane it will come to Select Recipient, click browse and link to your
Access database and the table you want to use. You can then use the advanced
option on your table and sort and select whatever qualifiers you need. I hope
