Using an external e-mail to send form results!!!

I have a server in my office running exchange 2000. I
have another server running my IIS server. On my webpage,
I have a form that send results to an e-mail address that
is not controlled by my exchange server. However, my
exchange server is what sends the mail. When I send the
results to a local e-mail that is controlled by my
exchange server, it works! When I send to an external
mail address, I get the following error:

FrontPage Error.
User: please report details to this site's webmaster.

Webmaster: please see the server's application event log
for more details.

Please help!!!!

Ok, after 3 hours went by, the event log finally came
back on my web server saying the e-mail I was sending to
couldn't be found. So I looked at the box my exchange/dns
is on. Turns out, I had to make changes to my relay
properties in exchange. Whoa! I should have been in the
Exchange Forum!!!!

Thanks!
