using Excel for a survey

Is there a way to make a cell a radio button or check box
so I can send surveys to people in Excel? Thanks in
advance for any tips, but I'll warn you that I'm not a
programmer. I can follow directions, though!

Never mind. I found it. I forgot that they called them
Active X controls -- you can't find them searching
for "radio buttons."
