Using "For Follow Up" Folder

I am trying to utlize the For Follow Up folder and each time I check it there is NO ITEMS TO DISPLAY. I am using followup flags and reminders and still nothing. HELP

when you first use it, does it search for the items with flags? if so, are
you using it on a regular basis?

also, it only works on folders in one pst (but you can have search folders
in other pst's)
