Using Form to Schedule Meeting from Group Calendar

We have a group calendar that we schedule meetings from.
We have setup a template that we would like to use from
the "Forms" menu, but when we send, it shows the
invitation coming from the individual, rather than the
Calendar (which is setup as an additional mailbox). Works
fine when we're not using the form--shows the invitation
coming from the Calendar mailbox. Any ideas?

Using Outlook 2000--Any way to open up both profiles at
the sametime rather than having Calendar mailbox added as
additional mailbox to individual profile? This would
resolve the problem if possible.

You can have only one profile open at a time. AFAIK, there's no way to spoof the originator of a meeting request.
