Using Frontpage how to autmatically download a file to my web pag.

Also I programmed a popup and can't remeber how to de program it. when I go
to my page Rynosautos.com it pops up constaantly "rynosautos.com" box. It is
very annoying. ABove in the subject section I have access to another web
site that has a daily updated file whichi I would like my site to download
automatically.. Please email me at (e-mail address removed)....... Thanks
