I apoligize in advance for a long explanation, and if this is the wrong place
to post this question.
Background: I have an antique mall whereby we are getting ready to lease out
approximately 300 booths. I would like to build an Access database that runs
on the pc at the front desk with IIS on it. I can build a little input form
from Macromedia Dreamweaver, using a file DSN, that part is easy enough for
me to do. Here is my question? After the user enters all the information on
the browser, then they hit the 'submit' button, can I have two or three
reports printed, and have an email sent to multiple users?
My second question, would this be easier to do with SQL Server personal
edition or developer edition instead.
If this too hard to do, can I create a Macro in Access to do this? If so, I
understand that I would have to 1. open the table, open the form, but after
that I am clueless, I would prefer to just have the browser front end.
Thanks
