Using Non-project time

My resources can't enter any values for non-project time
in their timesheets. Is there something special I have
to do on the server to allow this action? Please help, I
am so close. (Dale this one's for you)

Have you actually set up your company's non-project time categories in
Project Web Access? This is done as follows:

1. Log into PWA with Administrator permissions
2. Click the Admin menu
3. Click the "Customize Microsoft Project Web Access" link
4. Click the "Nonproject time categories" link in the upper left corner of
the sidepane
5. Enter one or more non-project time categories then click the Save
Changes button

Does this help?

Also, be forewarned that this feature of Project Web Access is going to
disappoint you. There is no method from within PWA to extract these values
for reporting purposes, and it can only be done directly in SQL Server.
Instead, many people are using administrative projects to capture
non-project time.
