Using OCT to set default font for all Office 2007 applications

Hi,

Is there a way to use the Office Customization Tool to set the default font
for all Office 2007 applications to Arial size 11? I want to be able to have
all of the computers here to have that as their standard font when installing
Office 2007 using the Office Customization Tool.
