Using Outlook Express as default email client for Word 2003

How do I set up Outlook Express as the default email client for Word 2003 in
order to ensure that sent emails are then also registered in the Outlook
Journal

In Control Panel | Internet Options (or Tools | Internet Options in Internet
Explorer), choose the Programs tab and select OE as your default email
client.
