Using Outlook on more than one PC

I am using Outlook on three different PCs and I have my pst-files on a
portable harddisk. Is it possible to configur Outlook so that the same f.ex.
archive rules works on all the PCs? Can I make a kind of configuration ('My
conf') stored on my portable harddisk and thus making outlook working the
same way on all three PCs.
