Using Palm as default vcard app

I want to continue using Palm as my default vcard application, but
every time I open Outlook, it sets itself as the deault. Is there any
way to permanently set the default vcard app to Palm? I can't stand
pushy Microsoft programs.

Seems to me, Outlook asks if you want it to be the default. What happens if
you tell it "no" and check "don't ask again"?
