Using reports w-multi-subreports

I have a report that I am using to generate invoices. There are 4 areas taht
are included in these invoices. License Fees, Server Fees, Setup fees and
consulting fees. The problem I'm having is with the license fees. Each
license is listed individually and charged a monthly fee. No real problem
with this, my problem is the formating.

One invoice in particular has about 75 licenses listed. I can't seem to get
that particular subreport to break across pages. Regardless of how I organize
the subreports, this subreport (for this invoice only) will start on a new
page, leaving the first page with only the header and naturally because of
the number of entries, the other fees being billed end up on a 3rd page.

Currently the license subreport is in the detail section and the others are
in the page footer. I've tried switching them around and putting the other
three subreports in the detail section and the licenses in the footer but I
always end up with three pages for this invoice with only the invoice total
on the 3rd page.

Is there a way to force the page break after so many lines? I've tried
changing the font (making it smaller) but even that doesn't seem to work
(except for giving me two pages with the header by itself).

Any help would be appreciated.
