Is Outlook open when you are trying this?

Yes, Outlook is open when I try to use sned to; I have tried both actually;
with opon and closed Outlook and it did not make any difference; I have
treiedd it with the mS Messenger opne and closed, and looked at the settings
there, as well as at my passport settings; I assume it must either be a
passport setting that causes it to be useed at default or a registry setting.
