Using Sum and then applying if the statement for greater than

I added the sum of two cell and then in a seprate cell
applied a if then statement and because the one cell is
the c3+d3, the cell defaults to the then.

- could you post your formula
- also the values in the affected/used cells
- the current result and your expecte result
