using templates

I can not open any templates downloaded from your site. The instructions are
very poor. I have no way to open .cab files! why don't you use winzip or just
not compress them!! Or even give us a choice to download a compressed or an
uncompressed file.Someone help I have spent 2 hours on this!!

If the file downloads as a CAB file right click the file then choose extract
and you should be able to access the template

Is the File an Access database template ? These are usually the only ones
that might download as a CAB file.

If you still experience problems delete Temporary Internet Files and the
Cookie for the Template Gallery website and try the download again.

In Internet Explorer, click Tools, and then click Internet Options.
On the General tab, click Delete Files.
