Using VBA to paste links from Excel into PowerPoint

Can anyone tell me if they've evey used VBA to paste linked data (tabel and
graph info) from Excel into PowerPoint? I know it's possible to do manually,
so shouldn't it be possible to do using VBA?

Nancy,
PowerPoint 2002 and 2003 support the PasteSpecial method, earlier versions
do not. Which version are you targeting?

This will do it.
ActiveWindow.View.PasteSpecial ppPasteOLEObject, _
msoFalse, , , , msoTrue

To check what the values for True and False are enter the VBE and type
ActiveWindow.View. you will see a list of choces as how to paste this
puppy choose pppPasteOleObject and press the space bar and you will
see a list of the other parameters for this method, the false is for
display as icon, the true is for linking. The commas have no values
since we are not displaying as an icon.
