Using VPS Fonts

Hi I am trying to type in Vietnamese for a brochure using Publisher. So far
everything í running smoothly. Except when I type the characted ệ I get this
weird symbol Å’ everytime. Please HELP!

I can only offer the Latin symbol shortcut for your symbol. Don't know why you
are having this problem.
