Using Word as Email Editor - Does it work with XP Professional?

I would like to use Word as my email editor for Outlook,
but apparently, I am not able to as I have Outlook 2003
and Windows XP Professional for Word. Is it possible to do?

Your versions of Word and Outlook must be the same. So fi you have Word 2002
(from Office XP) and Outlook 2003, you can't use Word as your email editor.
