We are running Project 2007 SP2. We have timesheets enabled with task updates coming from timesheets only. Here is the situation - a resource is loaded at let's say, 50% utilization for several months. For several weeks this individual works LOT of overtime, so his actuals for these weeks are WAYYY over 50% or even 40 hours. In this instance it appears that Server adjusts the person's utilization to over 100%, sometimes dramatically. If you look at the resource usage view the HOURS planned themselves look fine. Is this normal behavior?
