Vanage Click-2-Call

I installed the add-in from Vanage called "Click-2-Call" on Outlook 2002. It
works great except that I keep getting the error message "Microsoft Outlook
has encounted a problem and need to close. We are sorry etc, etc. How can I
correct this problem?

Uninstall the add-on. It doesn't work with your setup. Most likely it
doesn't work with the latest Office service pack. So contact the product
author and tell them you need a later version that is compatible, or make
sure you downloaded the correct version.
