Vanage "Click-2-Call"

I use Outlook 2002 on XP Home. I added the Add-In "Click-2-Call" from
vanage. It work great except that I keep getting the error message "
Microsoft Outlook has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are
sorry etc, etc. How do I correct this problem?

Wow, you waited all of 30 minutes before posting the SAME message again.

Yes, I contacted Vonage and they said I need to uninstall Outlook and then
reinstall it again but I'm waiting to see if anyone has a better idea.
