Various issues - Outlook 2007

1. I have one incoming e-mail which keeps repeating itself every few minutes.
This does not happen on other PC's on same account (but with OE). I have
checked the server and it is not there.

2. My outgoing e-mails do not get listed in the SENT ITEMS folder.

3. In the subject box of an outgoing e-mail the first letter typed is
omitted (i.e.: RE: xyz comes out as E: xyz)

Can anybody help?

Running a virus scanner that integrates with Outlook? Disable it and try
again.
