vCard saving with "Full Name", Rather than "File As" Name

In Outlook XP, when I forward a contact as a vCard (Actions.. Forward as
vCard), the vCArd is saved with the person's name (Full Name), rather than
the company name with the full name in parentheses (File As format) as I
have selected in the contact record.

Is there a way to get the vCard to save and forward with the name formatted
the way I have it in the actual contact?
