Version 6.0-close makes works close and not the file.

How come the File menu close button makes the whole works close, like exit
off the computer screen? There is no tiny close button for the file document
page, only the "X" button in the upper right hand corner that closes the
Microsoft Works Word.

I have Microsoft Works Word, Version 6.0 and even the works word wizard says
to close a document by using the button or the close button on the file menu.

So if mine is broke and if I don't have a close "X" button what do I do?

This is my very first question and I did try looking around the Microsoft
web site questions to see if I saw anything like this one, I didn't. I got
the feeling I am already way behind the times Microsoft Word wise. Lots of
stuff for 2003.
