For Project 2000 and/or 2003 is there a Pro and Standard version? If so, how
can you tell which is what?

For project 2000 there is a single version. For project 2002 and 2003 there
is a pro and standard version. You tell which is which by the label on the
box. Functionally the difference is that Project Pro works with Project
Server and has some enterprise functionality. Used as stand-alone products
they are identical in function.
