Rotate 90 degrees, rotate all your images, text and WordArt 90 degrees. Takes some
work, but it turns out okay.

Or you could use a long custom page size.

And WordArt can be vertical, but you still have to rotate it 90 degrees, unless you
do as Ed suggests and setup a custom long page.
