Dear members,
When ever I log on a site which has a video in it, after buffering the
video starts and goes on for five seconds then it freezes, then after a
while comes back again for almost two seconds and freezes again, and goes on
and on with this process,
Should there be an be adjustment adjusted? if so how, my operating system
is XP PRO, and I use dial up as a modam

sounds like you should consider broadband connectivity and web sites that
aren't congested.
