video demos

I would like to create my own Microsoft office training videos like the video
demo on the Microsoft site. How can I do this is there a button I can press
that will automatically record what i am doing on the screen so I can play it
back with my voice over?

Thanks I also found out I could download the wimdows media encoder for free
it does a pretty good job of recording the screen and my voice. I will also
trial the Camatasia Studio.
