Video I import will not play, I get sound only

Where I import video on the slide, (Power Point 2003) the pop up window say
it is scalable, the video I can see shows a pixel setting, i cannnot figure
out how to resovle this problem.

1. This is HOW I imported the vid
2. This is the problem
