Can you record video with Windows Movie maker?
If you can't, then OneNote can't eitehr.

FWIW, I have a Winnov capture board installed in my

system, and my camera (also furnished with my Winnov
board) has a built in microphone. So, my video/audio
setup in WinXp is: Capture video and audio with the
Winnov Cam and Playback through my SoundBlaster Audio
Card.

This setup works perfectly in MSN Instant Messenger,

ICQ, NetMeeting and ISpQ videoconferencing.
