You can't.
Even of you try all of the disable right click
scripts etc, all a person has to do is get the
file from their temporary internet files and read it.
If it's something that you seriously need password
protected, don't use javascript to do it.
I would suggest using FrontPage to password protect
a subweb within your website and place the content you
want protected into the subweb.
It is not that serious an issue, just don't want
it "that" obvious. Password protecting from front page to
a sub web only makes it uneditable, not unviewable.
So, if I don't care about the temp files, what would the
script be?

If you are only looking to protect a page or two, this would probably work fine, but it sounds like your host is using Unix / Apache. If this is the case you may want to check and see if they have htaccess or php, as these will be much better for protecting many pages.
