With Outlook Express I was able to see the whole source
file of the email, including the full header.
How can one do the same with Outlook 2002?

It's a 2 step process. First click on View & then

select options. Your internet headers will be there.
Secondly, if the e-mail is HTML, right click in the body
of the e-mail & select "view source"
