View the sender’s name in a language other than English

I have Outlook 2003 at work and Outlook 2007 at home. I sort my e-mails by
the senders, if the sender’s name in a language other than English (like
Arabic) instead of viewing the sender name I see bunch of question marks
??????????????????????. this happened only with 2003 but never with 2007.
Any idea how to make work with 2003?

Thanks!

Multibyte characters in header fields should display correctly in both
2003 and 2007, as long as Outlook is set up to run in Unicode mode. Are
your PST files (in 2003) set up as 2003-type Unicode files?

Can you tell me how can I check that?

I found out my .pst file is older version (2002 and earlier) I tried
to change it but no luck, any ideas how to change it as I may not do
the right thing? this is was my referance:

Create a new PST in Unicode format. Make it your delivery location. Stop
and restart Outlook. For each non-default folder in the old PST, Ctrl-click
and drag the folder to the root of the new PST (the new Outlook Today). For
each default folder, open the corresponding old folder, select all the items
with Ctrl-A, then Ctrl-click and drag the selection to the corresponding new
default folder. For the Calendar, display the old folder in a table view
like By Category to enable Ctrl-A. WHen all the copying is finished,
right-click the root of the old PST and choose Close.
