viewer for ppt 2000

Hello,

I have two reoccuring problems for PPT2000 PackAndGo...

1 - When using Pack and Go my presentations sometimes it
still doesn't play on another users machine even if they
have PowerPoint already installed.

2 - When using Pack and Go, is it necessary to first
unpack my presentation to the users machine? I thought I
only had to click the Viewer.exe and my presentation
would automatically get selected and play?

3 - I tried several times to get Pack and Go to run from
a CD on another machine that does not have PowerPoint
installed with no success.

What am I doing wrong.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
