Viewing folders other than Inbox

Exchange Server, MS Outlook 2000.
Is it possible for a user to view folders in another user's mailbox other
than the top-level Inbox?
One User has sub-folders in Inbox and a folder under Outlook Today which all
have the correct permissions set.
In Outlook on the viewer's machine, these folders don't appear in the list
in the drop-down box when I go to File-Open-Other Users Folders.
is there any way to get them there or does this not work with Outlook 2000?

Thanks

You must add the account to the Folder List then.

On the machine you want to see the folders go to the Exchange Properties and
press the Advanced tab. Here you can add additional mailboxes. Make sure
that on the mailbox you are trying to add are at least "Folder Visible"
permissions set on the Outlook Today Level and all the other folders you
need to get to the subfolder.

Thanks - I'll give that a try.
