viewing fonts

I have a client who has Office 2000 installed. They can
see all their fonts in Excel, but only have access to
Times New Roman in both Word and PowerPoint. They cannot
reinstall Office (not sure why, but they cant do it).
Any suggestions?

Hi, Chanty,

Check that the default printer isn't "Generic/Text Only". Fonts don't show
up if this is the default printer selection.
