viewing in different browsers

I notice on my monitor (17") my web pages look fine, only
the up & down scroll bar. When I view it on other
monitors, I have up & down and left & right scroll bars.
Is there a way to upload the web site to a hosting service
that will allow it to adjust for the monitor it is being
viewed on. I don't care about the up & down scroll bar
but I don't want the left & right. If so how? If not is
that a function provided by the web hosting service?

This problem is related to the page design. Web hosting
companies have nothing to do with it. Decide the screen
resolution to which you want to target you web pages. (800
x 600 or 1024 x 768) and adjust your table widths so that
they don't exceed 780 pixels or 1000 pixels.
