We have one user with two separate company e-mail accounts. I've configured
his outlook to enable him to see both mailboxes in the same profile while his
is online. However, he is often out of the office and wishes to see both
accounts while offline. I have not been able to find a way to do this. The
second account does not show up in the list of folders available in the
send/receive groups settings and when you click on that mailbox while offline
it gives the error "Set of folders could not be opened". He has a laptop and
is configured for caching. We use Exchange 2003 and Outlook 2003.
I'd appriciate any help at all.
