Viewing .pss file??

If I email someone a powerpoint .pps file to view and they do not have
powerpoint on their PC can they view the file or not.
Thanks for any help/tips.

The full version of Microsoft PowerPoint is NOT required to open and view a Microsoft PowerPoint Presentation
(.ppt), Microsoft PowerPoint Slide Show (.pps), or Microsoft PowerPoint Template (.pot).

The free PowerPoint Viewer is all that is needed to open and view PowerPoint files. See the links below for
more information.
