Viewing Replies

When attempting to view replies, either by preview or by opening, the reply
is not displayed. Only the contents of the original email is displayed. This
occurrs in IMAP folders. By closing and reopening Outlook I can get the
reply to dispaly but I should not have to this. Any suggestions? -
especially from Uncle Bill's crew :)
