viewing web pages in outlook

I'm with outlook 2002. Everytime I click a URL link
in the email, IE (or netscape, depend on window's setting)
will pop up. Why the page can not be displayed in outlook?
I checked outlook's help page it also says "You can go to
a Web page in a variety of ways: from links in an e-mail
message or other Outlook items ...", but it doesn't show
how.
